When I was 19, I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis and chose to ignore my health entirely and pretend everything was A-okay. I proceeded to be hospitalized every 6 months for years, until one day I decided to give nutrition a try. What did I have to lose?!

Making dietary changes was a game changer. My health did a complete 180--I had more energy, less brain fog, zero joint pain, and reduced inflammation. On top of that, I was able to lose all the weight that I gained from constant steroid use with UC.

Now, I have the BEST job in the world. I get to teach my clients how to transform their diet and lifestyle in sustainable ways that leave them feeling better than ever.
