  • 90 minute initial consultation to fully understand your medical history, health concerns, and a review of your blood work

  • Custom protocols including supplements, nutrition, and lifestyle recommendations

  • Bi-weekly consultations to check-in and provide support

  • Unlimited support via messaging and email
